Here is our policy, explained simply and honestly.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on spice blends or masala products once delivered. This is the standard practice for food products and is in place to ensure that every customer receives our items fresh, untampered and safe.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will not ask you to return it. We will simply replace it.
Replacements
If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, you are fully eligible for a free replacement:
- Product packaging is damaged or broken
- Wrong item was delivered
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once we review your request, we will dispatch your replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Your order never got delivered and we are unable to replace it
- A replacement was arranged but the same issue occurred again
- Item ordered is permanently out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method — whether that is your bank account, UPI, credit card, or debit card. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated from our end.
Cloud Kitchen & Biryani Orders
Biryanis and other cloud kitchen items are freshly prepared against orders, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once the order is prepared or dispatched. If there is a genuine quality issue with your biryani order, please reach out to us, we will look into it.
Cancellations
Shop Orders — Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Cloud Kitchen Orders — Cloud kitchen and Biryani orders can be cancelled up to 1 day before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation after this window is no longer possible, since purchases and preparation against the order already started.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Replacement or refund requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible under this policy.
- Please ensure you have photographic evidence of any damage or defect at the time of raising your request. This helps us process it faster.
- We reserve the rights to assess each case individually and may ask for additional information if needed.
