Special attention is given to every order that leaves our kitchen and workshop. Cloud kitchen foods are packed carefully in microoven proof containers, so they reach you properly sealed without any spill. Our shop orders are packed in environment friendly packaging.
Where We Ship
Our spice blends and masala products are shipped across India — from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, we deliver to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes nationwide.
Our cloud kitchen items are currently available within Kolkata only.
Delivery Timeframes
Same Day Delivery — Shop items for selected locations in Kolkata ordered before 2:00 pm on any weekday (Monday to Friday) are delivered on the same day. Same day delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Standard Shipping — Most orders outside Kolkata zone are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Cloud Kitchen Orders — Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. Once your order is confirmed, we will share the exact delivery time with you.

Shipping charges if applicable on shop products, will be shown clearly before ordering. For cloud-kitchen items, we will mention the shipping charges (if applicable) before confirming your order.
Order Processing
In general, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with your tracking details once it is on its way.
If order is placed in the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to follow your shipment at every step. If you have any trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach us out, we will sort it out for you.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We pack every order with care, but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will replace it without additional charges. No arguments, no complicated process.
Simply contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable), we will take it from there.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
- We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address details.
- Same day delivery orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will automatically be scheduled for the next available weekday delivery.
- In rare cases, delivery to remote pin codes may take slightly longer than the standard window. We will always keep you informed if there is a delay.
- Shop orders are non-perishable and shelf-stable, so a delay of a day or two will not affect the quality of your product.
