2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. 
Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur, especially for natural spice products. 
Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. 
Orders can also be placed via WhatsApp or through phone calls. 
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. 
You will receive confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as specified.
Payments can be made via secure payment gateways (Razorpay) available on the website.
We are not responsible for any transaction failure due to third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India only. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners.
We generally ship our shop orders within 2 days of order confirmation, along with payment.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are not under our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of spices, returns are generally not accepted.
Refunds/replacements may be issued only in cases of: 

• - Damaged or defective products
• - Incorrect items delivered

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Salma The Chef LLP and protected by applicable laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
