Words from my heart
Cooking is an ART and it takes time to master. So, never get dis-heartened if you do not succeed in initial attempts, just keep trying with new hope and energy, you will get success soon.

I am Salma (Khatun) Mullick, I love cooking and gardening. I never thought earlier that I will create a blog page some day, but see I am now writing my blogs! You can also find me on facebook at www.facebook.com/salmathechef. Oh! Yes, you can call me by my nickname, SalmaTheChef
I am a mother of two, a daughter and a son. My son, who is two and half years old kid is extremely naughty and continue playing tantrums through out the day (I wonder from where he gets so much energy! I wish I can borrow some from him ;)). I hardly find any spare time after looking after my children & family. But, I still managed to try out the recipes at home as cooking is my passion.
I started taking interest in cooking late, in fact very late, only after getting married! During those days, I could not even cook regular meals. I had an awful experience when I cooked my first Chicken Biryani! I got so many horrible comments and remarks. It was so disappointing and I felt so bad. But, nevertheless that one disappointing day had changed my life and made me determined. I took cooking as a challenge and started getting the tips and tricks. Now, I have mastered this art. I am exploring variety of dishes and recipes, which I will share with you all. So, try to remember my words "never gets dis-heartened & disappointed with initial failures". Always remember the great sentence, "Failure is the pillar of success".
Cooking also test your patience, so prepare yourself that you may need to go through iterations before you get your results.
Try out the easy dishes first and build your confidence.
Never gets frighten to experiment, but always follow a good chef to learn the hidden tricks quickly.
